Financing Your Colorado Remodel
A remodel is one of the larger decisions a homeowner makes, and the timing is rarely perfect. Financing exists so that a kitchen that no longer works, a bathroom that is past its service life, or a basement sitting empty does not have to stay that way until the whole amount is saved up.
Our approach is straightforward. We walk the space, measure, and put a written scope and price in front of you first. Only then do we talk about how to pay for it, because a payment plan means nothing until you know the real number it is attached to.
No Interest Financing Available
New promotions every week — flexible plans up to 120 months.
No interest if paid in full within the promotional period. Subject to credit approval.
How the promotional period works
GreenSky financing plans waive interest entirely when the full financed amount is paid off within the promotional period — 6, 12, or 15 months, depending on the plan. If a balance remains once the promotional period ends, interest accrues from the original purchase date and is added to what is owed. Fixed-rate plans are also available if a predictable monthly payment matters more than a promotional window.
Plan options
- Deferred-interest plans: 6, 12, or 15-month promotional periods, APRs from 9.99% to 24.99% depending on the plan and credit approval
- Fixed-rate plan: 13.99% APR over 120 months
- Fixed-rate plan: 9.99%–22.99% APR over 120 months
- Loan terms range from 84 to 120 months

How It Works
Book a free on-site estimate
We come out, look at the actual space, and ask what you want the finished room to do for you. No cost, no obligation.
Get the scope and price in writing
Everything we plan to do, written down, with the price attached. This is the document your financing decision is based on.
Review the payment paths
We go over the financing options available for the project and answer questions plainly. You take as long as you need.
Schedule the work
Once the scope and the payment plan are both settled, we put your project on the calendar.
What Financing Does Not Change
The scope and the price come from the work itself. Choosing to finance does not move the number, and it does not change the materials, the crew, or the schedule. The written estimate is the same either way.
What We Build
The payment path is the same whether the project is a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel, a basement finish, or a home addition. Scope first, price in writing, then the conversation about how to pay for it. We work across the Front Range; if you are ready to put a number on your project, book the walk-through.
Common Questions
Do you offer financing for a remodel?
Yes. We work with financing options so that a kitchen, bathroom, basement, or addition project does not have to wait until the full amount is sitting in your account. We walk you through what is available when we put your written estimate together.
How does the financing conversation fit into the estimate?
We scope the project first and put the price in writing. Once you know the real number, we go over the payment paths that fit it. We never push a financing product before you know what the work actually costs.
Will financing change the price of my project?
No. The scope and the price are set by the work itself, not by how you choose to pay for it. You get the same written estimate either way.
What kind of projects can be financed?
The remodeling work we do across the Denver metro area, including kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, and home additions. If you are planning a phased project, tell us during the walkthrough and we will factor that in.
Do I need to decide about financing before booking an estimate?
Not at all. Book the estimate, let us measure and scope the job, and keep your options open. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.
Start With the Number, Not the Payment
Book the walk-through. We measure, scope the work, and put the price in writing. Once you have the real number, we go over the payment paths that fit it.
